Rebecca McCluskey is an attorney and mediator serving Jackson, Michigan, and the surrounding counties. Rebecca’s practice focuses primarily on business and corporate law, real estate and real property law, family law, abuse and neglect proceedings, and estate planning. She is a trained general civil mediator and a trained domestic relations mediator. She has completed the domestic abuse protocol for domestic relations cases.
Rebecca earned her law degree from the Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where she was an 85% Honors Scholarship recipient and was regularly on both the Honor Roll and Dean’s List. While at Cooley, she competed in the First Year Moot Court Competition, earned the Family Law Certificate of Merit, volunteered with the Unemployment Insurance Project, and completed a clinical internship with the Sixty Plus Elderlaw Clinic.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Spring Arbor University. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Jackson County Bar Association. Rebecca currently lives in the Jackson area with her three children, Jack, Max, and Lola.
